My current experience...
Why are there millions of different tarrifs for the same standard class journey? Why is the premium of first class leveraged on the discomfort of standard class? Why are two singles cheaper than a return? long distance rail travel is confusing and (seemingly) needlessly complex.
Wouldn't it be better if...
Reduce and simplify pricing structure or convert to an easyjet approach with one ticket price, the only variation coming depending on how far in advance you book it.
